Safely Starting Solids and Infant CPR + Choking Class

We are now offering non-certification Infant CPR + Choking classes in addition to our Safely Starting Solids group class.

Classes are designed for:

Parents/family members of infants who are nearing the transition to solids, those who are struggling with the transition or those in need of help progressing.

We’re here to provide compassionate support and evidenced based education so that you and your little one can move forward with your feeding journey confidently and safely.

These courses can be purchased separately or bundle & save

Safely Starting Solids Group Class

Course Description

1. Education + resources:

Readiness signs
Teething tools + utensils
Intro/progression across food textures
Transition to cup use
Typical feeding milestones + oral skills
How to identify feeding red flags
And more!

2. Hands on, assisted feeding trial with age-appropriate textures for your child
3. Q&A with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, specializing in early intervention and early feeding skills
4. Handouts Provided

All Classes are Saturdays and Begin at 10am

Infant CPR + Choking (non-certification)

1. Hands on instruction covering CPR and choking for Infants and Children
2. Class instructor has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Heart Saver CPR.
3. Limited Class Size for Optimal Instruction
